Key Responsibilities

  • Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division.
  • Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and review case files.
  • Represent clients at hearings, case conferences, and settlement discussions.
  • Manage client files and support senior counsel as required.

Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Called to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the LSO.
  • 1-3 years of family law or civil litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
