YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Act as the manager for a team of procurement assistants. Maintain and improve the level of service for different teams in global procurement. More specifically, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage the daily operations of the Centre of Excellence in collaboration with the Head of Business Processes in Procurement.

Ensure compliance when tasks are carried out and also regarding data quality.

Actively participate in the deployment of best practises and process improvement and ensure the continuous professional development of team members.

Manage the performance, development and recruitment of team members.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

A college diploma in procurement,or relevant experience.

A minimum of three (3 - 5) years experience in the procurement field.

Very good knowledge of procurement tools, processes and practises.

French and English is essential both written and verbal.

Excellent knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and Google.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Analytical skills and the ability to assess a situation, find solutions and effectively manage results.

Ability to create a collaborative work environment, build strong relationships, and foster trust and transparency.
