So join the Institutional Operational Service and Implementation Delivery team and feel proud of the work you’re part of About your team Institutional Client Services are responsible for providing services to FIL's US$40bn Institutional and International Business Development (IBD) businesses. The team is responsible for processing their cashflow requirements and the dealing function for these businesses on behalf of our clients. We represent the full depth of the organisation beyond the investment process. The key focus of this role is to work alongside the Client Service Managers and Investment Management teams, processing the daily and Adhoc cashflows and client instructed deal instructions for our existing Pan-European Institutional and IBD businesses. This is a high pressured processing role, with high attention of detail required during the process, working as a team player, supporting checking and audit controls Fidelity’s in house accounting and operational systems are used, creating workflows, feeding down to the Trading Platforms used by the Portfolio Managers, allowing portfolio analysis to be completed. There are tight deadlines to achieve within the defined processing window, liaising with partners to ensure all data is correct prior to processing, as well as investigating and resolving any client and internal department queries and daily analysis of cashbreaks The team support the Institutional On-boarding team when launching new clients into Fidelity, processing the funding cash values onto the accounting platform for trading The team processes in the region of 50 deals per month and approx. 1800 cashflows, to meet daily valuations times. Accuracy is of prime importance to ensure deals and cashflows are placed correctly About you Candidates should be able to provide experience of a high volume and focused attention to detail, working to tight deadlines and escalating unresolved issues as appropriate Able to use initiative to resolve problems with a proactive approach, willingness to learn, whilst working as a team player, sharing any knowledge with the team Due to the nature of the role the candidate should demonstrate good knowledge of portfolio administration / broad accounting principles or general understanding of the investment management and pensions industries Feel rewarded For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
