The Administrative Assistant serves as a critical role in supporting the administrative functions of the Deputy Ministers Office. This position provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial, and financial support services.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience typing, formatting, and proofreading a variety of documents and materials using desktop tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Experience managing an electronic calendar in an office setting (e.g. booking meetings and appointments).
  • Experience processing purchase and/or credit card reconciliation while ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
