Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Life Sciences team in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a Pharma Business Analyst.

Your main responsibilities:
You will facilitate work workshops (story-boarding, user stories)
Analyze existing technical processes and recommend solutions to meet the goals of the organization
Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), create UAT reports, and present outcomes
You will work closely with IT and business partners, providing and recording updates, requirements, and metrics
You will translate stakeholder inputs into agile user stories, functional specifications, and solution architecture documents

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, systems design, or equivalent field
At least 4+ years of hands-on business analysis / BSA / Solution architecture experience
Excellent communication skills in English
knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Strong understanding of UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Experience with PMM, Jira, PowerBI, Tableau is considered an asset
Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments is considered an asset
Experience with Agile methodology or working on scrum teams is considered an asset
